Spray Assemblies
In plant rebuilds for all types of spray systems
Standard magnetic Base Spray Assemblies are uniquely designed
for quick set-up. The flexible arm (available in 6", 12" and 18" lengths)
can be positioned to accommodate hard to reach areas. The adjustable
mounting bracket can be set for either horizontal or vertical mounting. Comes
complete with 10 feet of rigid PVC tubing and quick disconnect fitting.
Basic Spray Assemblies are used with permanent, fixtured installations. Quick
Disconnect Plug Assemblies are used for "spray cabinet" and some in-die
lubrication applications. Quick Disconnect Coupling Assemblies are used
for in-die lubrication applications when spray nozzles are built into the die.
Permits quick tooling changes.
Basic Spray Assemblies include spray tip, tip retainer, check strainer assembly,
spray nozzle with male fitting, female connector, 10' of 1/4" diameter rigid, high
pressure plastic tubing, and a quick disconnect male plug that connects to the
pump. Also available in piston nozzle and low volume 1/8" tubing.
In-Die Spray Assemblies include die manifold, nozzle body, selected spray tip,
tip retainer, check valve, 10' of 1/4" diameter rigid, high pressure plastic tubing
and fittings.
Flexible Magnetic Base Spray Assemblies include spray tip, tip retainer, check
strainer
assembly, spray nozzle with male fitting, female connector, compression
nozzle adaptor, flexible arm (6, 12, and 18" standard lengths), a 185 lb. holding
power magnetic base and adjustable bracket, 10' of 1/4" diameter rigid high
pressure plastic
tubing, and a quick disconnect male plug that connects to the
pump. Also available in piston nozzle and low volume 1/8" tubing. Assemblies
can be adjusted horizontally or vertically.
Rigid Magnetic Base Spray Assemblies include a 185 lb. pull magnet with steel
posts, stainless steel tubing (4 - 24" lengths in 2" increments), clamp assembly, nozzle
body, check strainer assembly, retainer nut, quick connect male plug, and 10' of 1/4"
diameter plastic tubing. Also available in piston nozzle and low volume 1/8" tubing.
