Programmable Counters - An electrical device used when lubricant is not required with every strokeof the press. Can be easily programmed to deliver lubricant on every stroke of press or desired stroke counts between sprays.
Programmable Repeat Cycle Timer - Recommended for use when large amounts of lubricant are necessary or when long stock feed lengths require multiple sprays to achieve desired lubricant coverage. This device is capable of delivering up to 300 cycles/sprays/minute (max.).
Magnet Based Limit Switch - Utilized to signal the operation of the lubricantion system when provisions are not available in the existing press circuitry. Also allows or quick set-up.
Foot Switch - Used to operate the lubrication system when precise timing is not available.
Low Lube Indicator - An electrical fail-safe device that signals the operator when the lubricant level in the reservoir is low. When the red error indicator light is on, the system automatically turns off until the reservoir is refilled. A relay is provided to allow interfacing with the top-stop circuitry of the press, preventing dry die runs. Individual stainless steel filters automatically eliminate contaminants that could clog spray nozzles.
3 Position Selector Switch (Standard on all systems) - Allows for selection of single or multiple point application. Used with a programmable timer.
Filter, Regulator, Lubricator Assembly (Standard on all systems) - Filters fine solid particles and moisture from shop air supply. The clean air then is regulated to insure proper operating pressure. Then the air is lubricated to insure proper lubrication to the Viton O-Rings in the pump.
